These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Agent Spend Ledger (the "Service"), operated by Agent Spend Ledger [JURISDICTION — TODO]. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Agent Spend Ledger is a read-only observability tool. It watches public on-chain activity for wallet addresses you add and reports totals, budgets, and alerts. The Service does not hold custody of funds, does not request private keys or wallet approvals, and cannot move, freeze, or enforce spend.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses and budget configuration you enter, and for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. Plans and payment
Free and Pro plans are described on the pricing page. Pro payments made in USDC on Base cover a fixed 30-day period and do not auto-renew.
4. No financial advice, no custody
The Service reports on-chain data as-is and does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes custody of, or control over, your funds.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Spend Ledger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — TODO], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
